Builder Expo
Hosted by the Associate Members of the HBADOC
It's our first event of the year...Builders and Associates make plans to participate. Associate Members will have booths showcasing the latest products and services they offer to help Builders with their business! FREE event for new home builders. Includes dinner catered by Q-Shack of Raleigh. Cash bar (first drink is complimentary!)

Located in the Central Park district of downtown Durham, The Rickhouse is Durham's newest Event Venue. Once RJ Reynold's Prizery, it boasts restored and reclaimed wood and exposed brick throughout. Overlooking the old Durham Bulls Ballpark, this venue provides an interesting and eclectic environment for our event.
 
Date/Time Information:
The event will kickoff with a short Education Session at 4 pm ("What you missed at the International Builders Show this past January"), then the bar and booths will open for a bit. The second brief Education Session at 5 pm ("Labor Tax Discussion") will be followed by the buffet dinner (catered by Q-Shack) and more networking at the booths. The event will end with a final short education session ("Member Rebate Program: How you can get your money back!").

Fees/Admission:
Free for Builders! Associate Members who do not have a booth may attend for a fee of $50 per person. RSVP Required!
