Prior to joining NAHB in 2005\, Dr. Dietz worked as an economist for the Congressional Joint Committee on Taxation. He has testified before Congress on housing\, economic and tax issues and is an expert on home construction analysis and trends. He has been cited and appeared on CNBC\, the Wall Street Journal and other news media. Dr. Dietz is a native of Dayton\, Ohio and earned a Ph.D. in Economics from the Ohio State University in 2003.\n\nStephen Kim   Sr. Managing Director\, Evercore ISA \n\nStephen Kim is a senior managing director and head of Evercore ISI's Housing Research Team. Mr. Kim is ranked No. 1 on Institutional Investor's 2022 All-America Research Team for homebuilders & building products and has been in the premier spot every year since 2016. His work focuses on national housing demographics\, building products manufacturing and distribution\, and emerging trends across both the new and resale housing markets\; he coined the term "iBuyer" in 2017.
