Position: Project Coordinator Location: Raleigh, NC
Fuller Land & Development has an immediate need for a Project Coordinator at the Raleigh, NC office.

Since 2009, Fuller Land & Development has been a trusted partner for real estate development, brokerage, investment, and homebuilding in the Research Triangle Region of North Carolina. We develop residential and commercial properties, broker large tracts of land, lead equity investments through the Triangle Land Fund, and build custom homes throughout the Triangle.

Project Coordinator will grow personally and professionally by fulfilling a variety of challenging real estate development and homebuilding functions:

Job Description:
Project Coordinator will grow personally and professionally by fulfilling a variety of challenging real estate development and homebuilding functions:
- Assist with real estate closings, entitlements and permits
- Process invoices, draw requests and bank deposits
- Researching real estate data online
- Design logos, marketing signs, and signage for new communities
- Maintain records for insurance, taxes, payments
- Communicate with subcontractors to obtain bids, pricing, and product information
- Monitor social media presence, organize marketing events
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
- North Carolina Real Estate Broker License preferred, but not required
- PC/Mac proficiency and driver’s license is required.
