Job Opportunity
Self-Help is seeking a Construction Manager I to join our team in Durham, NC. The Construction Manager I is responsible for overall management of all construction project activities for all assigned Real Estate Team predevelopment and (re)development, as well as advice and consultation on all assigned Commercial Lending Team construction loans.  While this role will focus primarily on commercial real estate projects, small-scale residential real estate projects may be assigned from time to time as well.
Position Requirements
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or Real Estate is preferred. 4 years of experience in real estate construction is also required.
