Have a home or community that won't be ready by Parade of Homes but you are still interested in promoting?
Enter it in the Coming Soon section. Each entry includes builder contact information, brief description and one photo (the photo can be a house, a community logo or the builder logo). Entries are $600. The Coming Soon entry portal will open on June 1, 2024.

The Parade of Homes in Durham, Orange & Chatham Counties is proud to be a part of the Triangle Parade of Homes event. The Parade of Homes is an annual, free self-guided tour that is open to the public. It is the best way to view the newest homes and communities throughout the Triangle.

Location:
Homes will be located throughout the Triangle area of North Carolina. A home in Wake County may be entered in our Parade but must also be entered in the Raleigh/Wake Parade of Homes.
