2024 Parade of Homes SOLD/OCCUPIED HOME Deadline
ENTER A HOME ONLINE!
Want to enter the Parade but your home is sold and may be occupied by the Parade of Homes dates?
Consider entering a "Sold but Occupied" home that would be eligible for judging, but not open during the 3 Parade weekends. Sold & Occupied entry fee is $1,700 and you can enter the home through the main entry portal. A sold but occupied home must have been completed within the last 12 months and is not required to be open for viewing during the 3 Parade weekends. The homeowner must agree to let the home be judged on September 26. If the homeowner and builder agree, the home may be open during the Parade by appointment. Builder assumes all liability of having the home open for judging day and anytime during the Parade of Homes.
