Event Description:
All HBADOC and HBARWC Members are invited to the 2019 Green Home Tour Kickoff Party! This always fun networking event includes complimentary hors d'oeuvres and beverages and an opportunity to view a beautiful 4,400+ square foot green certified home by award-winning Blue Heron Signature Homes. Green Home Tour Guides will be available! Free Event - RSVP Required.
Green Tour Builders will also pick up their 4' x 4' Yard Sign, directional signs and box of tour guides at this event. The Sign Pickup Station will be at the Sales Center, on the right near the main entrance to Colvard Farms. Once Builders pick up their signs and books, they can continue to the Clubhouse to park and go to the party.
PARKING for all attendees is at the Colvard Farms Clubhouse - 69 Colvard Park Drive, Durham, NC 27713. Enter Colvard Farms from the main entrance on Colvard Farms Road and follow straight back 1.3 miles to a right on Colvard Park Drive. The clubhouse will be on the right. We will have complimentary TESLA SHUTTLES to take you to the party house. There is NO PARKING at the party house.
