Event Description:
The HBA invites new home builders and other industry professionals from other markets to spend a day judging our beautiful entries. A local accounting firm tallies the scores and we announce the winners at our Parade Awards Gala on Thursday, October 9th.
Parade Builders will receive details on Judging Day via email. Homes need to be open 9 am and remain open until ONE SET OF JUDGES has toured the home. If you have any questions, email Lynn Koy-Stone at lynn@hbadoc.com
The Parade of Homes in Durham, Orange & Chatham Counties is proud to be a part of the Triangle Parade of Homes event. This annual, free and self-guided tour is a great opportunity to view the newest homes and communities throughout the Triangle. The 2025 Triangle Parade of Homes dates are October 4-5, October 10-12, and October 17 - 19 from Noon - 5 pm each day. Visit www.TriangleParade.com for more information.
