Check out the 2023 Parade of Homes book ONLINE!
The Parade of Homes is the perfect opportunity to see the best home offerings from the top builders of the Triangle.
Homes will be open for touring September 30-October 1, October 6-8 and October 14-16, 2023 from Noon - 5 pm each day. This is a free-for-the-public event and you may start at any home and see as many homes as you like. No tickets are required!
The Parade of Homes Tour Book will be available in all Parade homes. Please note there are two books - one for homes in Durham, Orange & Chatham Counties and a second book for homes in Wake County.
The Triangle Parade of Homes Website will be updated and available as a resource in late September.
