What’s really standing in the way of more affordable housing?

Join us for a timely and engaging conversation about how local governments across our region are rethinking land use and development policies to help address housing availability and affordability. From Chapel Hill’s ongoing Land Use Management Ordinance (LUMO) rewrite, to Carrboro’s upcoming Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) update, to Orange County’s broader land use planning efforts—policy changes are in motion and their successful adoption is essential to meet our region’s housing needs
