Responsibilities
- Generate and follow-up on sales leads, company provided leads are available
- Utilize company provided design software to create custom organizational solutions based on client needs and company standards
- Measure each project space to company specifications
- Communicate effectively with the clients, sales team and install team
- Willing to learn and implement new sales techniques and design best practices
- Develop long term relationships with clients, contractors, designers, etc.
- Effective networking skills (trade associations, charitable organizations, etc)
- Provide a high level of customer service from initial customer contact until the completion of the project
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong work ethic and respect for others
- Reliable work history and attendance record
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- 1-2 years experience in closet sales, interior design, residential sales, space planning or other design related field is preferred
- Must maintain a valid driver's license
Job Type: Part-time/Full-time
Salary: Commission based after training period/bonuses available
