Stay at Home order.  Not Shelter in Place
This order takes effect Thursday at 6:00 PM
 
Stay at Home
  • No traveling on any roadway
  • No engaging in any business activity unless from home.
  • No gatherings of more than 10 people and everyone should maintain social distance
  • All activities other than essential services should cease
Essential services
  • Grocery stores
  • Drug Stores
  • Food
  • Safety and sanitation
  • Okay to do Outdoor Activities
    • Walking
    • Hiking
    • Running
    • Biking
    • Golfing (with Social Distancing)
    • Playing Tennis (with Social Distancing)
  • Taking care of others
  • Working from home okay
  • Business listed in Homeland Security Essential Services list 
  • Health Care
  • Press (first amendment protected speech)
  • Gas Stations
  • Banking Services that are not available online. 
  • Hardware and Supply
  • Building and Construction Trades
  • Restaurants for off-premises dining
  • CRITICAL Professional services
  • Real Estate: Appraisal and Title Services
  • Outdoor Construction Services work
  • Minimum basic business activities (payroll, maintain building, having one person in the office helping those working from home)
 
This order is Legally Enforceable
 
 In effect through April 30th but will be re-evaluated regularly
