Event Description:
The Code Officials and Builders Alliance League of the Triangle (COBALT) is a State and Nationally recognized consortium of Code Officials and Builders working together to better our industry. Typically a closed working group, the members of COBALT offer an annual Builder Education and this year's topic is on Building Code Compliance. With a newly adopted Code taking effect Jan 1 2019 this training is important for all builder members.
