Cocreations Construction & Design Seeks Junior Project Manager

CoCreations Construction & Design is a full service Contracting and Design firm specializing in new custom construction, additions, large kitchen & bathroom renovations and overall any major home remodels. We are looking for a Jr Project Manager who possess a superior work ethic that fits into our company values.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage home remodel, additions, or new build projects from start to completion
• Coordinating/scheduling subcontractors. Build subcontractor relations. Ensure subs are working/doing job according to scope of work
• Communicate effectively with homeowners
• Ensure projects are done on timely manner, and to full completion
• Ensure change orders are done accurately
• Great work ethic, attention to detail, able to work independently and with team
• Ensure all materials are ordered and arrive in time for projects. Ensure worksite is clean

Requirements:

• If candidate has carpentry knowledge its plus
• Some knowledge of residential construction is plus but not necessary, position allows for training/mentorship
• Only Local candidates (Durham NC or surrounding areas)
• Must have reliable transportation, pickup truck required
• If candidate speaks Spanish it's plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Range $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year (depending on experience)
