Cocreations Construction & Design Seeks Mid-Level/Senior Project Manager

CoCreations Construction & Design is a full service Design & Build Company specializing in Custom New Home Builds, large scale home renovations, additions, ADU, kitchen & bathroom renovations and overall any major remodels. We are looking for a Senior/Mid Level Project Manager who possess a superior work ethic that fits into our company values.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage home remodel, additions, or new build projects from start to completion
• Coordinating/scheduling subcontractors. Build subcontractor relations. Ensure subs are working/doing job according to scope of work.
• Building a relationship/communicate effectively with homeowners and principal owners/staff.
• Ensure projects are done on timely manner, and to full completion according to contract.
• Ensure change orders are done accurately.
• Great work ethic, attention to detail, able to work independently and with team.
• Ensure all materials are ordered and arrive in time for projects.
• Able to read building blue prints and articulate it in construction and ordering/doing take offs

Requirements:

• If candidate has carpentry knowledge its plus
• Must have knowledge of residential construction
• Only Local candidates (Durham NC or surrounding areas)
• Must have reliable transportation, pickup truck required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
